Shipping policy

 

WINE purchases are free delivery and normally dispatched via Australia Post or other registered courier services within 2 or 3 business days.  Please contact us if you would like an tracking number by emailing us at admin@offtrackwines.com.au or phone +61(0)8 7286 3080.

In the event of an extended heat period we may delay deliveries to prevent spoilage of your wine. We will contact you in this instance.

Any stock damaged during delivery or tainted stock will be replaced at no charge. Unfortunately OTW will not exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.

APPAREL purchases require printing and are despatched from OGO Melbourne with shipping costs - $9 for first item + $1/item for additional items.  Express post is $12 for first item.  Therefore delivery estimates are 9-18 business days to most metro areas in Australia and 9-25 days to non-metro areas in Australia.  Tracking information is provided from a separate portal. 

Purchases that have both wine and apparel will be delivered separately.
